Hey Guys, Today's post was inspired by Jenny In Neverland. I was wondering around the internet and found her "My Top Thing's I Treat Myself To When I'm Feeling S**t" and it gave me inspiration to do my own. Because I suffer from several chronic illnesses and have so many poorly day's I thought it would be a good post to show you some of the things I do and use to try and help myself feel better. Self care is so important and we really don't take enough care of ourselves, because of different strains and pressures we often neglect ourselves both mentally and physically. So these are some of the things I do to try and help me take care of myself. 1. Watch Christmas Films It doesn't matter what time of year it is, I love cheering myself up with Christmas films, they are just full of such cheer and goodwill, it reminds me of happier times and that can only be a good thing! 2. Turn My Phone Off Sometimes the best things for us aren't things that money can buy, so when I feel like its all a bit too much, I turn my phone off and completely disconnect from people, social media and all the drama. This really does help me to feel more like myself and fresh to face anything that comes my way. 3. Take A Nap Okay if you know me then you know that naps are one of my favourite things do, because I have several chronic illnesses that take their toll on me naps have become a necessity to survive, so I definitely let my body take naps when I need them, after all naps are just for the young and elderly! 4. A Hug Sometimes its nice to just have a huge from the other half, it's enough sometimes for me to feel safe and happy again.. The power of human touch is a powerful thing.. 5. Take a shower Some have baths to relax them but I find running water way more relaxing. So for me showers are a great way to feel better. Everything feels better when your refreshed and clean. It's a good time to think while your alone and relaxed, some of my best idea's come from my shower time! 6. Spa Time If I'm really stressed or just not doing okay then I love going to a spa. I love to have treatments done something relaxing like a back massage or facial. Massage releases endorphins which is a feel good chemical that tells your brain to boost your mood and give you a natural high. I also love the spa experience going for a swim or a hot tub, it just is one of those things that give me a real good high. 7. Online Shopping Okay this is probably not the healthiest of habits to be in but when I'm feeling low I definitely enjoy retail therapy. There's something about buying yourself a treat that just makes me feel better. From the ordering it to getting it in the post. It just lifts my spirits! There you have it guys things that make me feel better, let me know down below what you do when you're feeling like s**t? Until Next Time, Don't forget to check Jenny In Neverland's original post out!

Today's post is all about my favourite Netflix shows that I have been loving this rainy January! So let's jump straight in! 1. The Crown Season 2 I absolutely love this historical drama. I love learning about the early years of our current Queen. I have always loved period dramas and this one is not lacking in storylines. 2. Disjointed Part 2 One of the funniest sitcoms currently on Netflix. It centres around Kathy Bates character who runs a cannabis dispensary in California & her dysfunctional members of staff. Brilliant for easy watching. 3. Archer This is an adult animated series. Really easy to watch. Very funny follows a unusual, anti-social and ill behaving group of adults in different situations, they started as hitmen then moved on to person investigators and currently are in Archer Vice! Very easy to binge on without having to pay to much attention. 4. Black Mirror There are like mini movies, I love that each episode is different. Most episodes feature Charlie Brookers take on a different situations around technology with creative, unique and intriguing storylines. 5. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia Charlie Kelly & Danny De Vito make such a brilliant comedy duo. This shows themes are fairly dark from drug abuse to Nazism. If you are easily offended this show might not be for you. 6. Rick & Morty Now this show took me quite a while to get into, my partner loved it from the get go and it slowly grew on me. Another adult animation with adult themes., some quite dark and some even relatable. Full of endless Sci-Fi jokes and quotes. 7. Big Mouth I know, another cartoon & this one is definitely not child friendly! This cartoon takes a relatable look into puberty and everything that goes with it for both males and females. I think a lot of this is funny because of how familiar it is for all of us. The added humour of the Hormone monsters is just bloody hilarious! 8. Godless I have been a huge fan of Jack O'Connell since skins and he did not disappoint in this. A brilliant western sow with 2 major story lines, which intertwine throughout the season. It has a bit of everything and wont disappoint. 9. Love Although we are currently waiting for the next season I have recently re visited this show & fallen back in love with it. I love the main characters and the missions that they take to become their best self. A brilliant show about 2 very different people in a relationship trying to make it work. 10. The Punisher. A man on a mission to over come obstacles that every dead man must face when going toe to toe with the government. Full of action from start to finish this show is truly addictive. I hope you've enjoyed having a read through some of the Netflix shows I have been loving & maybe have a few to add to your list this rainy winter! Until Next Time, Hey Guys, Today's post is all about some of the items that are on my own personal wish list! So if you'd like to see what I'm hoping for this year then keep on reading! 1. Michael Kors Bag I have left this a little vague other than quite large, black and has to have lots of pockets inside. 3. Nar's Double Take Overexposed Highlighter £28 I think highlighters are my favourite make up item! When I saw this on youtube and how blinding it was - I just had to have it! 4. Remington Curl Revolution Hair Curling Wand £44.99 (RRP £99.99) Ok so full disclosure, I cannot curl my own hair for love nor money! I'm absolutely awful. So when I saw the video of this curling wand doing it's thing, I was sold immediately, the curls looks gorgeous and it looks so easy to use, perfect for me! 13. Glamglow Supermud Set £28 To be perfectly honest I would be quite happy with any glamglow sets or masks, because they work so well & the quality of the products is amazing! I'm yet to dislike any of their products! So as long as it includes my favourite Supermud then I'd be happy. 14. Anatomicals Neroli Body Lotion - Not Another Rough Day £4 This lotion is one of my favourite body lotions too use although it can be extremely hard to find. So when I do, I like to try and bulk buy.
