Sleep is when our body works it's hardest and repairs, recovers and rebalances! So having products that are specifically for when your asleep is going to be super effective. If you want to boost your skin then sleep masks is definitely a good start.
Overnight sleep masks are different and maybe even slightly better (in my opinion) to normal masks. Mainly because of the prolonged amount of time the mask is on. It's a deeper treatment., being left undisturbed it has longer to absorb and seep in, Giving better results. Always apply your overnight masks on clean, freshly washed skin if you don't then the mask wont be able to penetrate into the skin. Always use a generous layer and then massage in circular motions all over your face and neck. Always put it on at least 10 minutes before sleep or it could end up on your pillow. My favourite mask is the Oh K!Sleep Mask - 20ml at £4 it's a bargai, you can purchase it from lots of different places such as; Asos, Beautybay or feelunique. It's a deeply moisturising and leaves you with smooth skin , that has a gentle glow. Kayleigh x

This one is a gel consistency and if you apply it 10/15 minutes before you go to bed it will of started to seep in and won't go all over your pillow!
